Exhibit Show Information
The Exhibit Show will be open from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, and 7:30 a.m. – noon Thursday. Please contact Kristen Kubecka for more information on sponsorship opportunities. kkubecka@co.matagorda.tx.us
Welcome Reception
Welcome Reception will be held Tuesday evening beginning at 5:30 p.m. All conference attendees are invited to attend.
Association Dinner
The Texas Association of County Auditors Dinner will be held Wednesday, April 17th beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Lodging Accommodations
The Hilton College Station and Conference Center is serving as the host hotel again this year. The block rate is $149/night plus applicable fees and taxes. Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive an email with the link to make your hotel reservations. Please reach out to our office if you experience problems making hotel reservations. If you’re unable to make a reservation inside the block and wish to be placed on a waiting list, please email us at vgyi@ag.tamu.edu.
